Following our recent success with Four Seasons Residences at Grosvenor Square, DMA Group has secured the maintenance of another super prime residential development in central London.
This new development in Holborn contains 202 luxury apartments over nine floors with basement car parking, swimming pool, sauna, cinema room, private dining areas, and kitchens. Some apartments have private gardens and there’s an enclosed courtyard with mature trees.
It’s located near the Royal Courts of Justice and our customer, Lodha Group, is India’s largest residential developer and this is their first development in the UK. It’s a great result for our F&M sales and operations teams – well-done team DMA.
