DMA Group are proud to be supporting Rehoboth Property International with their exciting redevelopment of the former Dartford Courts and Police Station. Currently under construction, the development includes the remodelling and fit out of the former Police Station to create a flexible co-working space within a vibrant, inspiring and productive environment; later phases will include residential co-living space within the former Courts building to the rear.
DMA are supporting the specification, selection & design of the specialist joinery, including all the furniture, fittings & equipment required, prior to procurement and installation. We’ve also constructed a detailed facilities and maintenance proposal to ensure the provision of reliable aftercare and a responsive 24/7 maintenance service via our in-house customer care team and service teams. Our unique BiO technology platform will underpin our service delivery to provide transparent, real-time visibility of every service.
