DMA have been proudly supporting Queen Mary University London’s large Mile End Campus for over 3 years, during which time we have delivered complex and important MEP infrastructure upgrade projects that have improved operational resilience, reliability and student experience.
We are therefore delighted to confirm that following recent inspections, 12 months after major upgrade works were completed at their Francis Bankcroft Building, there were zero issues or defects!
Handing over any major project to a customer at the end of the installation without defects requires relentless attention to detail and mobilising the whole team around that shared objective, to ensure zero defects 12 months after completion is testament to the value of that focussed project leadership and teamwork.
