10.11.2023 DEBRA UK selects DMA Group for Integrated Managed Services Solution Property maintenance specialist, DMA Group, is delighted to announce its recent contract win with DEBRA UK, the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). DMA have been engaged by DEBRA UK to support in the management of their network of more than 90 charity shops across the UK through an Integrated Managed Services (IMS) solution. Under this arrangement, DMA will represent DEBRA UK, overseeing all facility management processes through their own cloud-based service management platform, BiO®. DMA’s Integrated Managed Services solution team operate the BiO® platform using live, end-to-end performance management data to plan, coordinate, and report all maintenance and property service tasks executed by DEBRA UK’s own nominated service partners and supply chain.
