The smooth operation of facilities is absolutely critical, and occupants are typically unwell, so a high degree of sensitivity is required to carry out essential work that can have a real impact on people’s lives.
Our Approach
We provide you with a wide variety of services, from the periodic attendance of our mobile engineers looking after all of your building engineering services, typically including maintenance of lighting, electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, to larger onsite teams who will be available at your locations all day, every day, to support all of your property maintenance needs. This includes grounds maintenance, building repairs and maintenance, and redecorations.
Our project skills are extensive; we have replaced large, complex boiler installations and heating systems and upgraded electrical infrastructure critical to the operation of large hospitals, as well managing the continued availability of individual sheltered apartments when new residents take occupation, which includes re-carpeting, redecoration and testing.
