The maintenance sector is very traditional, lacks innovation and suffers from an acute shortage of engineers, largely because it’s seen as an unattractive career. But having been around for 219 years, we recognise that we’ve also been part of the problem too. It’s that intuitive knowledge and awareness of our own failings and shortcomings that’s enabled us to solve real problems that will deliver permanent change. And, it’s long overdue!
