Whilst we don’t contract with individual members of the public to maintain their own homes, we do have larger residential service agreements with management companies, regeneration companies, agents and landlords.

We deliver property and engineering services to multi-tenanted developments. Under these arrangements we also cover the individual tenants and owners premises under a collective agreement.

We provide residential services direct to high net worth individuals who own super-prime property around London and the Southeast. Our contact is usually via their own property managers or their advisors. We are a single point of contact for all their property service and maintenance needs, including refurbishment, high-end joinery, alterations, redecorations and fit out. In affect we take care of everything for them.

We also service the needs of apart-hotels, whose apartments are for rentals, from as little 1 night to months at a time and range from more conventional through to large and exceptionally appointed super-prime apartments.

We also look after blocks of independent living apartments for the elderly as part of region-wide agreements. In these environments we have dedicated resident teams who focus full time on those customer’s premises.

We also look after portfolios of individual multi-occupancy houses on behalf of charities, some of which are safe houses with extensive access and security measures. Finally we also look after student residences on behalf of universities direct, or through their partners.
