Our technical services can be categorised into 3 key areas:

  • Mechanical services which primarily includes all of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC) and all the associated controls, plant and equipment to make it all work. We can support everything, from small domestic gas boilers to large commercial installations, from simple supply and extract systems to complex high-rise solutions and from decentralised air conditioning to large centralised rooftop systems.
  • Electrical services which can be summarised as everything electrical within or associated to a building including the lighting, emergency lighting, high and low voltage power, all the electrical cabling and distribution infrastructure, security and alarm systems as well as the building controls.
  • Plumbing and public health which includes all of the piped hot and cold water systems and storage, as well all of the waste water drainage and sewage. We even support more specialist vacuum drainage systems and have installed these into some of London’s new and iconic buildings. We have also installed, tested and commissioned pre-fabricated toilet solutions in many of London’s new high-rise buildings too.

We have repeatedly delivered solutions that have made significant improvements to our customer’s buildings and the wellbeing and safety of their occupants by creating more efficient working conditions, in addition to reducing energy consumption, water consumption and CO2 emissions.

Where the majority of work is building engineering services (often referred to as M&E or MEP), we typically deliver all of the associated builders work, including making holes, building plinths, stripping out, site clearance and redecorations. We can simplify and streamline your solutions by operating as your principal contractor.

We can even provide a complete fit out service and our proven experience includes offices, schools, clubs, hotels, super prime residences and many others. We simplify this otherwise complicated process by providing a full turn-key service from start to finish, including everything from interior design through to basic moves, adds and changes (MAC’s).

Once our installations are completed, we will manage all of the final testing and commissioning and ensure that you have accurate, as installed drawings supported by detailed Operation and Maintenance manuals.

Some of our customers ask us to provide a stand-alone testing service; where they’re perhaps having problems or just want to be sure they’re complying with statutory legislation.

After completing your project, we are well placed to then look after your building under a comprehensive maintenance and service agreement. We will take care of everything to maintain safe and efficient operation, as well as ensuring your statutory compliance.

From our direct experience, the current convention of appointing large main building contractors with a myriad of subcontractors beneath is both broken and unsustainable, so our focus remains serving our end-user customers, design consultants and property managers directly so that we really understand and deliver what’s important to them.
