We are really pleased to confirm that DMA Group have secured another high profile, 5* hotel customer to join our ever increasing hospitality portfolio. ‘The Standard’, London is part of a US boutique brand and this is their first hotel outside of the States.
Housed in the former Camden Town Hall in London’s thriving King’s Cross, the building has been meticulously restored. The hotel, which opened this summer, has 266 rooms in 42 unique styles ranging from Cosy Core rooms to terraced suites with outdoor bathtubs overlooking St Pancras station. The street level, exterior red lift serves directly to the 10th-floor restaurant and club with 360-degree views of London.
After successfully completing some smaller property maintenance projects and with others underway, we have now secured an MEP PPM contract with 24/7 emergency cover, along with additional fit out opportunities too.
