DMA Group are proud to have been appointed to undertake extensive specialist maintenance to the external building facade at 45-47 Grosvenor Square. This palatial brick and stone building contains spectacular super prime residences and has an illustrious history, combining aristocracy, wealth, glamour and celebrity; including being the former London home of Jackie Kennedy Onassis.

Built in 1938-1939, this impressive neo-Georgian building was designed by Detmar Blow, Estates Manager to the Duke of Westminster, and Fenand Billerey, the French Beaux-Arts architect, and was finally completed after 1945 because of WWII.

DMA’s unique ‘Life of Building’ service provides super prime building owners, occupiers and managers with a wide range of services from artisans to engineers, from interior design to bespoke joinery and includes a 24/7 emergency callout and repair service. Whatever your needs, we have you covered and our 217 year history confirms that creating, making and keeping buildings working, is what we do best.

Well done team DMA!
