DMA generated the power!

We recently hosted some of our customers and trusted service partners from across DMA and Denne Joinery at the annual Professional Cricketers Association Masters charity event at Bexley Cricket Club. We’ve supported the event for many years which comprises a Leigh Academy students team pitted against a Legends 11 made up of past professionals like Mark Ramprakash and we were blessed with great weather too.

However, when we arrived there had been a fire in the Pavilion and all the electrics were down which meant the caterers were panicking about feeding over 400 people and most importantly of all…. the beer pumps weren’t working!!

Quick thinking from one of our Project Directors from our Engineering team, meant we arranged delivery of a mobile diesel generator within the hour to help save the day. Bexley Cricket Club, Leigh Academy and the PCA were absolutely delighted that both food and ale were restored.

WORLD CLASS JOINERY DESIGN, MANUFACTURE & FITTING

Makes us feel so proud to witness the skill and passion for quality that our Denne Joinery artisans display when they design, manufacture, assemble and fit bespoke joinery for our customers; including bars, wall panels, floating ceilings, cupboards, shelving, seating, doors, receptions and much, much more. And rather than wood alone, our solutions integrate metal, glass, stone, fabric and composite materials.

Seeing our state of the art manufacturing facility full of exquisitely crafted product, in this instance complex banquette seating, nearing the end of its production, before being shipped to site for fitting, is a stark reminder that it’s the culmination of 215 years of experience and  many 100’s of hours of attention to every little detail that makes it happen. Well done team Denne!

We undertook the Joinery design, manufacture and installation in the original spa refurbishment in 2011 and we look forward to the opportunity of supporting their needs again and adding to our growing repertoire of super prime hotel customers.

Trusted to deliver

Keeping a hotel’s building and engineering services running 24/7 are crucial to the customer experience.

At every level its fundamentally dependent upon the reliability of the M&E infrastructure. Every hotel engineer faces those challenges, but in a 5* & 6* environment and for super prime serviced apartments that reliability is heightened. Of course failures and breakdowns occur, but quick fixes are as valuable initially, as the eventual permanent resolution. The lighting, electrical power, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, gas, hot water, life safety systems and increasingly the IT & AV services are critical to day-to-day operation, as is remaining safe and legislatively compliant. It’s a demanding and intense environment and GM’s and Chief Engineers need suppliers who they can trust.

Making buildings work, together, is what DMA Group have been doing for over 200 years and our track record is impressive too, The Beaumont, Four Seasons, Ten Trinity Square, Shiva, Fraser Hospitality and The Lanesborough and more. Our Life of Building solution enables us to provide a uniquely wide range of additional inhouse services too, including project design and installation, interior design and fit out, specialist joinery and FM.

Stressed about making your buildings work?

Making buildings work safely and efficiently whilst staying compliant is tough, even for the most experienced managers. But if you’re responsible in an SME, that’s magnified. Perhaps it’s not your day job, you’re not qualified, time pressed, task overloaded, little resources, too many suppliers, challenged to save money, available 24/7, solving a leaking tap or an IT failure. You’re awash with paperwork, records and certificates yet expected to retrieve anything immediately. SOUND FAMILIAR?

What if you could select a specialist partner who could deliver all your needs, with specific SME experience and solutions? But: you’ve been used to seeing & doing everything yourself, so staying in control with genuine transparency is a prequisite.

Solving that dilemma needs a real partner: giving you unprecedented real-time access into their operating systems (as if your own) that intuitively tell you what’s going on. You’ll want access to everything remotely anytime, anywhere, on any device supported by a 24/7/365 customer care team.

What if that partner had over 200 years experience and 98% of customers rated them as “excellent”? Makings buildings work, together is what we do best.
