The Challenge
Our customer provides care across Sussex for people with mental health problems and learning disabilities and a range of specialist services across south east England. They care for children and young people through to older people with conditions such as dementia. Their estate comprises smaller local clinics to larger hospitals of varying age and condition. Managing tight budgets, whilst still providing up to date buildings, keeping pace with technology, remaining efficient and maintaining statutory compliance is a huge challenge.
The Solution
We have surveyed a selection of our customer’s building estate to provide a clear and practical view of the condition of their building engineering services and life safety systems to inform remedial investment requirements.
