The Challenge
Working closely with customers consultant we provided the refurbishment of a residential facility, including individual resident room upgrades, common areas and associated technical building engineering services. The facility supported vulnerable and elderly patrons and remained in full occupation.
The Solution
Led by our dedicated Project Manager and our onsite team of specialist trades and engineers we delivered this integrated in-house project in a challenging environment. Regular customer meetings kept them all informed of plans and progress to minimise the impact as far as possible.
