The Challenge:

Medway Police is a PFI contract operated by a main service provider. It’s a very large, regional operating and communications hub for the police force. We support them by undertaking all the major M&E services on site. It’s a high security location with 24/7 operation, so access arrangements are prescriptive. Due to the nature of the contract, we maintain very demanding building availability criteria for all our supporting tasks and services.

The Solution:

We deliver services via our mobile team. Our customer care team works closely and has great relationship with the onsite help desk team to ensure jobs are actioned quickly and that sufficient information shared for works to be done within the required timescales.
