The Challenge:

Initially we delivered technical maintenance to all the landlords areas and services across a diverse range of individual commercial buildings at Kings Hill Business Park, via a resident team of engineers and trades people, supported as required by mobile engineers. We then expanded our services to serve the additional needs of over 40 individual tenant’s properties, as well as now providing a wider range of facilities management and support services.

The Solution:

Led by a dedicated, on-site account manager, our team of resident engineers and trades people deliver planned maintenance, with 24/7 emergency callout support and repairs service. Our service tasks and all associated detail and records are managed via our BiO platform. In addition, we actively manage the integrated delivery and performance of novated specialist service providers as part of an FM solution. We also offer added value access to our in-house fit out and engineering teams.
