Facilities and maintenance services

The Challenge:

DMA were successfully appointed to provide Facilities and Maintenance Services across Countryside Properties 11x commercial properties in the South and North region. Property locations include Brentwood, Sevenoaks, Cheshunt, Acton, Central London, Twyford, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Leicester, Warrington and Leeds.

The Countryside regional offices vary in both scale and age, which presents different challenges. Our dedicated engineers are mobile, highly trained and equipped with tools and spares to resolve many daily issues identified across the estate.

The Solution:

Our services include engineering resources with a dedicated contract manager and 2x static engineers dedicated to the contract, providing planned preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring industry best practice and reactive works across the estate.

We also provide 3rd party sub-contractor management for facilities services on site including  fire and security, removals, landscaping, internal works and locking/unlocking of buildings. All Electronic security is serviced and supported by one of our sub-contractors with DMA providing the front office function for all Countryside calls to be raised and managed. We also support their welfare functions such as coffee machines, water coolers as well as providing the interface between Countryside and their Landlords/Managing agents.

Our in-house helpdesk team provide 24/7 emergency and out of hours contract support for Countryside.
